JDXP ensures compliance with applicable legislation, including the Data Protection Act (DPA), and mandates the requirements for access, use, and protection of Personal Identifiable Information (PII).

The specific measures implemented to ensure data safety include:

• The authentication standard for web services, using JSON Web Tokens (JWTs) with OpenID Connect based on the OAuth2 standard, ensuring that only authorized users can access web services.
• Implementation of strong user authentication and authorization.
• Protection of data privacy through multiple strategies to protect against unauthorized access to data
• Auditing of user events and activities, ensuring traceability and accountability for access to data.
• Compliance with the Electronic Transaction Act (ETA), which sets out the legal framework governing electronic transactions and ensures that data requested from a data subject does not exceed what is necessary to execute the transaction.

The process of verifying your membership application is not defined by duration. Some applicants will be approved quickly, some may take days. Please provide all the required information on the membership application form to reduce potential issues.
